Event dates are secured with both a completed GWCMCC-Facility-Rental-Agreement-2018 and a paid deposit on your event space(s). Deposits can be paid using the links at the bottom of this page.
Once your event date is secured and if additional event support has been requested, a representative from PHX Productions will be in touch. If you have any inquiries regarding your event catering, AV, security and staging, please contact Venue Rentals at CarverMuseumAZ@gmail.com.

Conference Rooms and Gallery Spaces
A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to book any of the Conference Room and Gallery Spaces. Your deposit will be applied to your balance.
